Shawn Michael Severud is the author of the critically acclaimed novels The Last Thing I Saw, The Last Thing I Loved, and The Last Thing I Bled. His short fiction has appeared in numerous literary journals, including The Collapsar, Chiron Review, The Kiss of Death, Potomak Magazine, and others. His work has also won first place in the Short Story section of the National Writers Association's annual national competition.
